Returns and exchanges

At Gococo, we want to make it as easy and smooth as possible to exchange or return an item. Below you will find information on how the two processes work.

Before you begin

For an exchange or return to be approved, the following is required:

• The product must be unused.
• The packaging must be in original condition and intact.

Exchanges within Sweden

Time limit

You can exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to make an exchange

1. Contact us via email
   Email us at hej@gococo.se and tell us which product or size you wish to exchange for. We will help you further and manually register the exchange in our system.
2. Get your QR code
   Once the exchange is registered, we will send a QR code via email.
3. Drop off the package
   Take the QR code to a PostNord agent. They will scan the code and accept your return. No shipping label is needed.
4. We will send the new item
   Once we have received and approved your return, we will send the new item to you.

Cost of exchange

For exchanges, we share the shipping cost:

• You pay for one shipment, 5 EUR.
• We pay for shipping when the new item is sent to you.

The cost of 45 SEK will be debited via your payment method or paid before we send the new item.

Returns for refund within Sweden

Time limit

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

1. Log in to your customer account
   Manage your return directly via our website by logging in to your customer account and following the instructions.
2. Don't have a customer account?
   You can easily create an account here by entering the same email address you used for your purchase. You can also find the login via the account icon on the website.
3. Get your QR code
   Once the return is approved, we will send a QR code via email.
4. Drop off the package
   Take the QR code to a PostNord agent. They will scan the code and accept your return. No shipping label is needed.
5. Pack the item properly
   Make sure the product is well-packed to avoid damage during transport.

Return cost

• You pay for the return shipping.
• Return shipping is 5 EUR.
• The cost will be automatically deducted from the refund or adjusted on the Klarna invoice.

Returns from other countries

For international returns, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping.

• Use a trackable shipping option.
• The return shipping is paid for by you.
• We do not accept cash on delivery or collect on delivery shipments.
• If you are shipping from a country outside the EU, the package must be marked as a return to avoid customs fees.
