All our prices are given in SEK or Euro includig taxes.
From oversea you can pay with the following payment methods:
1. Credit Card
Gococo is cooperating with DIBS, that stand for safety, security and
simplicity, DIBS is PCI certified of Visa/MasterCard. When you make a payment with credit card, your creditcard number will never reach us but the information (card no., validity and CVV code) stays at DIBS secure server. You can choose between paying direct with following cards: VISA and MasterCard.
Via Paypal you can pay safely and easily without exposing your credit card number. In order to pay with PayPal, you must connect to a PayPal account. Read more about Paypal here.
Prices and currency on our products
Cococo is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rate cost that your bank may take to change to your local currency. The prices are excklusive fright cost but inclusive taxes.
Freight cost (Oversea)
We offer free shipping on orders over 60 EUR. For orders below that sum the shipping cost varies between countries. Please see checkout for exact cost.
We send products every day and make our best to make sure you have your order before 2-5 working days.
Way of delivery
Small packages is delivered as mail and delivered to your mail box. Larger packages is delivered to your closest mailservice place.
If the product is damaged you should directly contact us by e-mail.
If a product is damaged or is lost when you are sending it to us are you as a customer responsible.
Before we send any products to our customers we carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or you have recieved the wrong product we ask you to contact us immediately by e-mail. We will send you an adress card to put on the package and you can simply return the product, of course with no charge. We will then send you a new product.
We will compensate you for the faulty product without any charge for you as soon as possible.
Right to Return an Item
You have full right to regret your purchase within 60 days. Always contact us before you return the package via email to get instructions how to do it.
If you regret your purchase and want to return a product you are responsible to pay for the return freight. The product should be unused, package sealed and no damages. After having recieved the product and controlled it we will pay you the product value to your account.
